About the Program
This website has been designed to encourage local Primary Schools and Aged Care Facilities to develop community links with each other for intergenerational learning.
By involving our primary school students in Aged Care Ambassador programs we encourage children to be aged care ambassadors and to learn about history from our older generation.
Aged Care Residents can benefit from regular visits with local primary school students and feel a sense of value and belonging in our community.
